In January 2024, I began to coordinate an in person 3-day event at Bowden Hall Hotel inspired by ‘The Traitors’, a popular BBC reality TV show. After running several successful online versions of the game, I took it upon myself to organise an in-person event, ensuring that the best possible experience was delivered on time, whilst remaining on budget. When it came to the event weekend, I had to coordinate hotel staff, players, cameramen and crew, in order to ensure everything was set up on time and filmed correctly for the players to watch back after their experience. The event was extremely successful, receiving 9.86 stars out of 10 from guests on average. Furthermore, all guests said they would do it again, with one commenting on the ‘fantastic organisation’ and another saying that the ‘game was fantastic’.
